Delivery:

No delivery charges apply for orders of SGD $300 above. Otherwise, a charge of SGD $20
applies for all locations, except Jurong Island and Sentosa where additional surcharges apply. |

Deliveries are limited to addresses in Singapore only. |

Delivery will be processed in the next 2 working days after payment is confirmed. |

Orders during festive season must reach us at least 7 working days in advance before delivery date. |

All our merchandises are guaranteed to be in good conditions upon delivery. It is the customer’s duty to check the wines for defect upon receipt. Defective bottles due to improper storage are not valid for exchange. |

Exchange

All wines sold are non-refundable or exchangeable, unless wines are defective (eg. inherently oxidized or defectively corked). In this event, the defective bottle must be returned intact (with at least 2/3 of its contents or more) to 7500A Beach Road #02-341 The Plaza Blk A Singapore 199591 on the next working day. |
